Terms and Conditions
A booking is considered as accepted and will be confirmed in writing after receipt of a clients deposit. On receipt of the deposit a confirmation / receipt document will be sent to the client as an email attachment.
Balance payments are due two weeks prior to arrival date.
Any cancellation by the client must be notified in writing directly to John and Jacky Kennedy. If the notification is received more than 14 days before the clients scheduled arrival date, only the deposit will be retained.
If less than 14 days before scheduled arrival the following deductions apply:
Between 14 and 7 days - 50% of the holiday cost. Between 7 days and the arrival date - 100% of the holiday cost.
It is strongly recommended that clients take out holiday insurance that covers the loss of deposit etc.
We make every effort to ensure that house descriptions are correct, however we do not take any responsibility for events that are beyond our control or not included in the details of a clients booking.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time which may become necessary due to circumstances which we are unable to control. However - once a booking has been accepted and confirmed, the price relating to the details of that booking will not be changed (no surcharges).
Arrival not before 2.00pm and departure by 10.00am. Unless otherwise agreed with John and Jacky.
