Casa Camella
Wir sind eine 4-köpfige Familie (Kinder 3 und 13 Jahre alt) und allen hat es gleichermaßen gut gefallen, was mit Kleinkind und Teenager ja schwierig sein kann. Unsere Gastgeber John und Jacky waren sehr nett, Poolreinigung und Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche liefen sehr diskret ab, immer wenn wir unterwegs waren.
Unsere "kleine Extrawünsche" wurden prompt und wirklich gern, so war unser Gefühl, erledigt. Die Lage der Villa war ideal für uns, 2 Minuten nach Puerto Calero, wo man in angenehmer Atmosphäre in Ruhe gut essen kann, kurze Fahrt zum schönen, flachabfallenden Sandstrand in Puerto del Carmen und zum Airport sind es auch nur ca. 10 Minuten (keinerlei Fluglärm). Ein neuer großer Eurospar ist im Ort vorhanden.
Wir waren schon oft auf der insel, haben aber nie zuvor so schön gewohnt. Alles in und um die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dekoriert worden. Wunderschöne Kakteen überall.
Der Pool kann mit einem niedrigen Holztor von der oberen Terrasse kindersicher abgetrennt werden, was bei uns nicht nötig war.
Der Pool hat immer eine angenehme Temperatur von 28 - 31 Grad und verfügt über eine Abdeckung, die man auch immer, wenn man nicht da ist und vor allem Nachts nutzen sollte, um die Temperatur zu halten.

The following places are well reccommended Emmax (Playa Honda), the Argentinian in Puerto Calero and La Tegala in Macher, El Golfo for fish, splendid if you are into walking (early in the morning) the walk 14 (Femes) and walk "Montana Blanca" (Mancha Blanca) from the "Lanzarote Tours and Trails" map in the sideboard drawer are highly reccommended. In all a wonderful week. P.S. Tapas at Bodega Stratvs is also a must!

A wonderful holiday! Casa Margarita has so many places where we could all be together but we were able to find some private spots for some peace and quiet when we felt the need. Back to rainy old London. We arrived late last night, snatched 5 hours sleep and just returned from a day at the office. Weather is awful. Missing Casa Margarita already!
Just wanted to thank you for the stay in your beautiful villa. We were suitably impressed, beautifully restored, tastefully furnished and a week of great weather to go with it. This was our first time to Lanzarote and to be truthful I was a little apprehensive, but I must say I was impressed with the island and its laid back understated style.

Of course you can check the location and the number of bedrooms but can you be quite certain that there isn't a sewage works just out of site of the camera vision? A successful holiday is about details, comfortable pillows and a cooker that works. John and Jacky have an exceptional eye for detail and Casa Margarita satisfies all the requirements for a rewarding holiday.
